Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at customer.service@dialectiqa.com to request a return

  2. Package your item(s) securely 

  3. Ship the package to our return address (provided by the customer service team)

  4. Delivery costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer

  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method

Please allow 14 business days for your refund to appear in your account after we have processed your return.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, we're happy to help.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Exchange request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at customer.service@dialectiqa.com to request an exchange

  2. Package your item(s) securely

  3. Ship the package to our return address (provided by the customer service team)

  4. For exchanges, we will cover the delivery costs both ways

  5. Once we receive your item(s), we will ship your requested exchange as soon as possible

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Original purchase price will be refunded (excluding initial shipping costs)

  • Processing time for refunds is typically 3-5 business days

  • Please allow an additional 3-5business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider
